What is an unassembled unit? It is a unit that comes in a crate and you need play the part of the dealer that would normally assemble it. This means that you need to unpack it from the crate, install the shocks, wheels, rollcage, seatbelts, rear dump bed, body panels, connect lights, fill and charge battery, fit battery box among other things (Units come with a DVD to help) etc, etc. You will also need to check oil and coolant levels. Check cables, hose clamps and ALL fasteners etc. Other adjustments may be required. You may have to do a little paint touch up here and there.

It’s really identical to the Rhino, I did get it unassembled, they offered free shipping. The Utv came very very well packed…It took me longer to unpack it than assemble it.
