Any damage which results from the following are not covered by warranty:
Unavoidable natural disasters, fire, collision, theft, improper storage or transportation, negligence of the periodic maintenance is not covered, improper repair or adjustment or maintenance, using product as a rental vehicle or commercial use, unauthorized modification made to the product, keeping riding when the vehicle is overheating, installing performance parts or components on the vehicle that changes the original engineering.

This warranty does not include SHIPPING, DIAGNOSTIC FEES, wearable parts including tires, electrical parts and/or parts from damaged accidents or abuse. All unassembled vehicles are covered by up to a 6 months parts replacement only on parts listed under "covered" parts of the warranty list. No labor warranty is provided. Replacement parts are warranted by the manufacturer only. The manufacturer has the final say on what items will be replaced under warranty. All faulty items from off road vehicles must be returned to Couper's Classic Cars or the manufacturer before replacement parts can be supplied under warranty. Shipping of parts and the cost of shipping is the customer responsibility. Manufacture may pay shipping cost of replacement parts sent. NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. COUPER'S CLASSIC CARS AND THE MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, OR HELD LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART. By purchasing any off road vehicle online you are agreeing to these terms. We will always endeavor to help with any warranty claims and/or problems.

THIS VEHICLE IS NOT A TOY AND CAN BE HAZARDOUS/DANGEROUS TO OPERATE. CAUTION: SERIOUS INJURIES OR DEATH CAN RESULT. We recommend the following guidelines to be followed and are not responsible for any damages, injuries or deaths that may occur from operating this machinery.

•Adult supervision and instruction are required. We recommend that you take an approved training course. UTV's are not toys, they are a piece of machinery.

• NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE BY CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16

• This vehicle is designed and manufactured for OFFROAD USE ONLY. Operation on public streets, roads and/or highways may be illegal (Review Local State and Federal Laws).

• ALWAYS WEAR AN APPROVED HELMET and/or other protective equipment including seat belts.

• Do not operate this vehicle after consuming or under the influence of ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.

• Gasoline is flammable. Shut off engine and allow it to cool, avoid sparks and open flames when refueling.

• Read owner' manual completely and carefully before operating. Keep owners manual with vehicle.

By purchasing this vehicle the buyer agrees not to under any circumstance to hold the Dealer / Individual / Manufacturer / Distributor liable for any damages, injury(ies), death(s) that may occur from the use of purchased this vehicle. The buyer agrees that the intended user of this vehicle is of the appropriate age as specified above and accepts all responsibilities. Buyer acknowledges agrees and accepts all terms and accepts full responsibility for the operator and operation of this vehicle by agreeing to purchase any vehicle from UTV Parts and Accessories.com/Couper's Classic Cars or their agents.
