UTV Parts and Accessories Heater Kits are custom made with custom laser cut, powder coated mounting brackets to fit your model of UTV
All of our kits come with a compact yet powerful heater unit with a 2 speed fan switch and four 360' adjustable louvers. The heater unit has a powder coated steel base. The front housing is made from glass-filled nylon with rounded corners- it won't cut your legs on sharp metal corners like some units! Kits are supplied with custom alloy Y connectors (kits requiring 5/8" or 3/4" Y's are made from nylon). Kits also include hoses, EZ-Coils (used to stop the hoses from kinking), hose clamps, a hole saw (for the heater hoses), grommets, a shut off valve (others don't bother to supply this item), a wiring loom with a fuse and terminals included, templates, your specific mounting bracket with hardware, and instructions. Our in cab heater has a nice glass-filled nylon housing with rounded corners- it won't cut your legs up on sharp corners bouncing down the trial. The two speed fan will deliver 200CFM from the 13,200 BTU heater unit. Adjustable louvers direct the heat were you need it. Kit contains 6ft of 5/8 heater hose, shut off valve, 10 clamps and 2 custom alloy Y fittings (5/8-3/4 has nylon Y's). You supply mounting bracket which can attach via the three mounting studs on the top or bottom (it can be mounted in any direction) of the unit. |

12 Volt Electric Heater Stay warm this winter with an all new 12v heater for your UTV. This heater features a 3 position switch from heat to fan only. Rotate the top knob to adjust the fan speed to your preference. Easy to install and complete with installation instructions. Positive cable is fused.
Please Note: These heaters will not "cook a hotdog", meaning that the output is very limited because they are only 300 watts max output. 300 watts is equal to around 5 headlight bulbs. The output is also limited by your battery and charging system. |
